3. Payment Terms

Payment terms are provided prior to the start of any project. Unless otherwise agreed:

• A deposit may be required to reserve scheduling.

• Remaining balances are due prior to delivery of final materials.

• Work will not begin until payment terms are confirmed.

 

All fees are non-refundable once work has commenced.

4. Intellectual Property

Clients retain full ownership of their original work. Saved by the Edit does not claim ownership of any submitted manuscripts, essays, or documents.

 

Editorial feedback, notes, and materials provided during the editing process remain the intellectual property of Saved by the Edit and may not be redistributed or resold.

5. Confidentiality

All submitted materials are treated as confidential. Your work will not be shared, distributed, or disclosed to third parties without your written permission, except as required by law.

6. Limitation of Liability

Saved by the Edit provides professional editorial feedback but does not guarantee specific outcomes, including publication, academic success, or admission decisions.
